The old white guy was an A hole and had no knowledge on cars or VIN numbers. Why even work at auto zone??? Don’t even waste your time here.

Staff has no personality with customers. A smile and a hello can go along way. I used to be a Part Sales Manager at this particular AZ and I always spoke with the customers and at least acknowledged them with a smile no matter how my life was going. Customer Service training needs to be had.

I really appreciate the two employees working today, : 8/27/23 !!!!! Dead battery and no tools , they helped me pick the right battery and installed it for me . Yep I am REALLY thankful !!!!
