Staff has no personality with customers. A smile and a hello can go along way. I used to be a Part Sales Manager at this particular AZ and I always spoke with the customers and at least acknowledged them with a smile no matter how my life was going. Customer Service training needs to be had.

I really appreciate the two employees working today, : 8/27/23 !!!!! Dead battery and no tools , they helped me pick the right battery and installed it for me . Yep I am REALLY thankful !!!!

This store is horrible. I had to go to the Rogers plaza auto zone to do my return. That man completed my online return in 5 min. That same return i tried to do here the employees here wasted 30 minutes of my time. This is because the lacked the basic knowledge how to complete an online return. I ended up calling corporate while waiting in the store. The customer service lady on the phone was even annoyed by their inability to do this simple return.

The Assistant Manager- Prince - went above and beyond to help replace an old battery. It wasn’t easy, yet he spent the time to make sure it was done correctly, and with a great attitude and smile. Genuine help is hard to come by these days, and it’s obvious he like and cares about what he does and I really appreciated that.

I went to get a battery for my car and there was old lady who was working there, Boy let me tell you, She had really bad altitude and bad service. Just because you having a bad day doesn’t mean you can take it out customers. It’s the same lady that’s on the review photos BTW.

The old white woman at the desk told me she couldn't check my car for defects unless my engine light was on. This is not true she used this excuse to refuse me service and before coming In I could see her mouth to the black guy "this is her"

The auto zones are always the same but what makes the difference on a place is the people and customer services, well this is one of does places where I don't want to return ever again. The customer service is really bad, lazy attitude, arrogant attention, and the worst customer service coming from all of them. Today is February 6 and my last day coming here.Wow what a bad experience ? ???
