I’m on my third mortgage with them, have had multiple auto loans, personal loans, financed a student loan many years ago, started my own kids and grandkids accounts there due to their flawless work, friendly but professional attitudes. It seems as if there process always runs smooth, no “problems” or issues like I’ve heard others suffer with at their financial institutions. “Great people and attitudes .............only problem needs attention is anything needing to be done requires them to run a credit check and that hurts your credit score......I'm not sure if they understand that or do they really even care. You open an account credit hit, apply for a loan credit hit, apply for credit card, credit hit. ....Once you are in their ecosystem they should have enough information on you to make great decisions. IE. AMERICAN EXPRESS, once you are in, you never have to worry about them doing a hard inquiry on your credit. Ijs”

“Top notch service! I was having issues depositing some money orders into my checking account through the mobile app and stopped in the branch to see if they could help. The gentleman who helped me was so accomodating and patient with my request (since this branch is more for investment advice/ wealth management). Note: Any check deposits made here must go into your brokerage account. Then you'll have to move the money to your checking account online. Overall amazing, friendly, non-pretentious service. As a young professional/ investor just starting out I am so happy with the service Schwab offers. Staff here have the heart of a teacher and are so helpful. Thanks guys!”

“I had a problem with a check that was stolen, washed and rewritten to an unknown person and the amount had been changed from $20 to $500 and it had been a mobile deposit. I went into the credit Union and they were all very helpful. My checking acct was closed and a new one opened. We had to notify Social Security to give them the new acct number. Hopefully, they can find out who did this. Very pleased working with Sue and Krista.”
“I cleaned for a couple years. The place is beautiful. And I don't know what that do bit pride. Typical office stuff. I mean, I know they sell furniture, but. If steel cases, smart fire do not under any circumstances. Renew your contract with enviro clean See, if you can get Meyer's cleaning corporation, they are better.”

“I've continually been impressed with how LMCU handles their members. I have had a few issues, so not to say the road hasn't been bumpy while they've been expanding these past few years, but they've always made it right. When somebody messed up and didn't send me my new credit card, they sent me a handwritten apology card with my new credit card and an additional gift card. Every person I've dealt with has been pleasant at both branch locations and my calling the call center. Recently, they updated their website making the mobile version of the website extremely easy to use, which has been helpful since I usually use the very streamlined app. However, I've been using a new beta version of Android and due to security concerns, their app doesn't work with beta Android forcing me to use the mobile site. It has been great to utilize other aspects of LMCU I would have never used before, but as a backup it has been great. Would highly recommend visiting LMCU to join a credit union if you have yet to join any credit union. Credit unions are better than banks (unless you're rich, but I don't expect rich people to be reading this review...)”
