“Carpet Villa on Alpine was recommended to me by several people and I am so glad I went there. I was looking for a durable carpet for my basement that wasn’t going to cost a fortune. Richard helped me out. He was very patient gave me lots of ideas and helped me pick a carpet that would work. Also, I did get quotes from two other places and Richard had the best price and the best knowledge on what I needed for a basement. Just had it installed yesterday and the installer did a wonderful job. Super nice guy too. Can’t say enough about this company always go with a small business”

“I had been having a very hard time finding someone to rebuild my subfloor and flooring after mold remediation due to how booked everyone was. I was referred to Grand rapids flooring and got a very reasonable quote compared to others that I had received. They also made sure to come out quickly so I could move back in ? During the install they found mold that had been missed and were willing to come back after I had gotten it taken care of at no extra charge to finish what they couldn't due to the wall crumbling. Well hire again on future flooring projects!”

“Verhey Carpets creates a great experience from the very start. My husband and I were absolutely clueless on what kind of carpet we needed for our home, but we knew we needed it! Karla helped us during our visit to the Verhey showroom and sent us home with some recommended samples after she listened to what we were looking for/what our home was like. She then visited our home and helped us narrow down our choices further! The communication was consistent, helpful, and informative. Everyone we encountered from Verhey was so kind. The installers did an excellent job with our carpets and were so respectful and courteous while in our home. They thoroughly cleaned up after the installation, kept us informed throughout the process, and gave us some leftover carpet for future use. The price was right, the service was absolutely next level, and the final product is beautiful.”

“I cant speak to their carpet but their furniture is fantastic for the price. Our family has bought 2 sectionals from them and both are high quality with individual cushions and high foam density. The one is going on 4 years with no sign of wear.”
