This Chase Bank branch provides world class customer service. The staff is amazing, helpful, very friendly, and incredibly caring. They are very accommodating and understanding with banking needs. Associates and the branch manager are pleasant, informative, and thrive working one-on-one with customers. They clearly explain the branch's layout and processes, including its all-cash ATM setup. The experience is great and nice all around. Many customers love this branch, do not hesitate to recommend it, and will definitely visit again.
The branch on east 28th st no long has drive up service. You must go inside to make transactions but there is someone inside that will assist. In order for me to cash a check I needed to make two transactions in order to get cash. One to deposit the check and one to get cash back. I'll have to find another location

I love this branch, I still can’t figure out the ATM every now and then but Angelina, Bidaya, Shane and Denise are always so helpful! Whenever I have a problem they are my go to and they are always so kind and patient with me. Wonderful branch and staff!
