“I am a first time home buyer whom was so stressed that I was physically sick everyday. So not the greatest customer that one could ask for. Something had happened that I was not happy about, but I do know absolutely nothing about financing. They spent hours working with me and making sure that every issue I had was going to be taken care of. And it was! I am now a home owner! It’s more important in my opinion what a person or company does when the deal does not go right the first time. If every deal went flawlessly or to hell we would not need the stars in between 1 & 5”

“Excellent customer service every time. I recently needed to uproot my family and move overseas, and anything I had questions about or needed changed were taken care of with no issues at all. Even though we rarely need to go into a branch to handle routine banking tasks anymore, it is good to know that people are still taken care of when you need it. I highly recommend DFCU Financial. They take care of their customers, give cash back annually, and offer great rates for loans, mortgages, and CD's.”
“This Branch has been the best Branch I’ve been to. The Associate Bankers are always happy to help and the Manager there is phenomenal. Kori will not sleep until your issues are resolved and she does it with a smile on her face. I will never go to another Branch unless Kori is there or the staff she manages. “I had a problem with a check that was stolen, washed and rewritten to an unknown person and the amount had been changed from $20 to $500 and it had been a mobile deposit. I went into the credit Union and they were all very helpful. My checking acct was closed and a new one opened. We had to notify Social Security to give them the new acct number. Hopefully, they can find out who did this. Very pleased working with Sue and Krista.”

She was always quick to respond to questions that I had, her information was spot on with no room for misunderstandings, and she was so friendly from start to finish. Sarah even sent me a text message as I was walking into the title company to say that if I had any questions, she would be by her phone to help expedite the process. “I've been banking with the credit union since before it was called LMCU, and I've always been very happy with my service at any branch that I have visited, but I particularly like this branch. The staff are always friendly and handle everything that comes up for the whole family. Terry handled our mortgage needs when we switched our mortgage from a different institution, and he made the transition painless and efficient. We also have accounts to help our adult son with special needs, and the staff helped us navigate the intricacies involved with that type of account too. When my daughter had her account information stolen, the staff quickly went into action, replaced her card, reversed the fraudulent transactions, and helped her resume banking. Even when a staffer does not quite know how to handle our questions or needs, the staffer quickly finds the answer for us and explains it to us in plain terms. I could not be happier with the service at this branch.”
“I cleaned for a couple years. The place is beautiful. And I don't know what that do bit pride. Typical office stuff. I mean, I know they sell furniture, but. If steel cases, smart fire do not under any circumstances. Renew your contract with enviro clean See, if you can get Meyer's cleaning corporation, they are better.”
