Terrible experience with Angelina. My family has been dealing with a traumatic fraud/scam situation the past month. Angelina showed little understanding & empathy; instead, she victim-blamed us & told us we shouldn’t have fallen for the scam. I’m appalled at the lack of professionalism & really want people to know about the experience we had here. I would not recommend this branch & I do not recommend Angelina.

I’m shocked and appalled by the service my mother just received. My mother is the victim of a scam and we came in to this branch to alert Chase. Instead of compassion and support, we encountered victim blaming. Angelina was smug and condescending. She said that Chase already had a fraud alert on the account and reminded my mom that Chase had tried to stop her transaction. We asked for notes to be taken so that reversal of the funds could take place without issue. She didn’t take any notes during the discussion and she couldn’t answer any questions. We’ve been to three other banks who were all involved in this scam, and not a single other banker showed the level of disregard and lack of empathy that Angelina showed. We came in thinking that Mom should bank with Chase because of the protections in place - not anymore.

Angelina and Bodiya were both so amazing to work with at this location. They really thrive working with customers and are incredibly caring and understanding when it comes to your banking needs. Would recommend this location to anyone!!

You go to a bank, go inside and get told you can only pull money from the ATM. I mean they deserve the one star they got for finding a way to make a bank totally worthless.

I made a visit not that long ago, and I was very impressed with their world class customer service.The bank associate who assisted me with the ATM was very pleasant to work with. She explained the setup on how it’s different from other locations (all cash only via ATM), and answered my questions I had in mind. I did like that people can be more one on one here. I definitely will make a visit again!

The ATM at this location will incorrectly tell you that your withdrawal limit has been reached even if you have not pulled anything that day and have sufficient funds. Highly inconvenient, and the workers couldn’t care less.

So I can’t make a cash deposit here (except atm). I could have done that at any ATM.You pay a guy to tell me you can’t take my cash. Note to self: “Close Accounts at Chase!”

A great experience in this branch today. I'd never been here before and was not familiar with the layout and process of depositing.Pete, the branch manager, greeted me in a friendly way and showed how everything works at this branch. Very friendly, very informative.A nice experience all around. I do not hesitate to recommend this branch to anyone.

They cannot take cash deposits and I cannot do a deposit in their atm because I don’t have a debit card! So much for their sign “we have redesign this location to better serve your needs” nope not mines :(
