I was taken care of by Claire both when picking up and dropping off my rental. It was a pleasure to work with her and she even laughed at my senior jokes. The pickup and return to where I was working went without a hitch and the driver was a pleasure to talk to. Job well done.

Rented a truck from 28th street in Grand Rapids, MI. The standard size didn't have enough leg room in the rear for older riders. Claire worked very hard to find me a comfortable truck to go to Tennessee. Family was going to visit our sick brother. A Blazer came in for return at the last moment. It was perfect and comfortable.
