“The initial vehicle reserved for me, smelled heavily of smoke. When I pulled up to the booth, the lady inside could smell the smoke from about 5 feet away. The vehicle had a No Smoking sign in it and I reserved a Non Smoking vehicle (allergic, migraines), but this vehicle had definitely had heavy smoking (cigarettes, cigars) and should have been taken care of beforehand (check-in, cleaning). The lady asked if a wanted another vehicle and compensation, and I said yes and she had me pull over to the side with a new vehicle arriving in about 15 minutes. The new vehicle was smoke free and worked out well for me, but the original heavily smoke smell vehicle was disconcernIng causing some delay and an allergic reaction.”

“It took me longer to pick my vehicle than it did to leave with it. 5-6 minutes total. This is unusually fast compared to my other experiences where it takes 30 to 40 min with a reservation days ahead. The ladies at the kiosk and booth were excellent.”
“We went on a trip to the U.P last week and we rented a car from Enterprise on Expressway off of 76th Street in Grand Rapids. The young lady behind the desk was very nice, very helpful, and we were very satisfied with our second vehicle. We were not very happy with our first vehicle because it sat too low to the ground and we didn't really think we'd be comfortable driving that UP North so we called the next day before we left to see if we could exchange to a little bigger vehicle, and she said yes and we loved that vehicle so glad we changed out from a small car to an SUV. I will only rent from Enterprise they have done nothing but been good to us every time we've rented from them. The price is good and no issues with picking up or dropping off and no hidden surprises.”
“As someone who rents over 100 cargo vans a year. This is without a doubt the best enterprise truck rental I’ve ever been to. Nathan, Christian, and their team go above and beyond for my business needs. Their inventory is the best I’ve seen in the country. their customer service is incredible and Im always relieved when I get to rent from this location. I couldn’t recommend them enough.”

“I've rented vehicles from this location a few times and I've almost always had positive experiences. There was one instance where they didn't have the vehicle I needed for my reservation and I ended up waiting a few hours extra for it but that happens when it comes to renting vehicles once in a while. It's not a perfect system unfortunately. Nonetheless, the staff has always been friendly and as accommodating as they can be.”
“I know your in Vegas but do you really need slot machines in the rental car building. You already got them at the airport gate, baggage claim and you are most likely going to be around vending machines a lot more in your drives. That is really the only observation. Otherwise it’s just a normal rental car place”
“Today is a snow day and I had to come to the clinic at Care Resources. They came and picked me up and got me to the clinic where an awesome nurse rebandaged my infected lower legs. This is done to my legs 3 days a week. The attitude of most of the employees is exceptionally positive. I really enjoy coming here. They have definitely made a positive impact on my life. What more can one ask of a health care facility??”

“Me and my family were going on a trip for my brothers army graduation and had issues at other car rental places in the area including the airport because of they’re cost & fees. a lovely lady named Dominque did the up most for my mom ! we were there for about a hour and a half because she was getting the best deal possible for us. I would just like to say thank you Dominque !!! ( i apologize if i spell your name wrong) You were more than patient & attentive. Also she was the only person helping customer service that whole time we were there. We would recommend Avis Budget on 28th street! :) thank you Avis !!”
