I just found out that Elliott is leaving and going to Grand Haven. He does a fantastic job for me. I've been banking with him for over 10 years with fifth third and Elliott has always come through for me 100%. Congenial and polite and I'm going to miss his service. Thank you

Our business had an error (our fault) and I was able to call, the day after a Monday holiday, and get excellent advice to come right in. Angie was waiting for me to go over our deposit, took care of the error immediately, and processed a second deposit, all in a very timely manner. I felt the customer service was awesome!...
