I had a good encounter there. Nice and helpful staff got my son measured for his first set. There was a slight discrepancy for a lack of transparency in price. Otherwise the place is great.

I came into the store today and was looking to purchase a pair of shoes. My size only had a empty box. I asked Jesse to help me and he ended up ordering me a pair at the same price. Ben also helped. Great customer service! This is why I'm a longtime customer.
