“The best pickle ball store on this side of the state! They have a lot of paddles in stock, and they are very knowledgeable about them. It's nice to be able to hold and feel them. Where as ordering online, you have no idea til you get them in. They also have a cool demo program where you can try 2 paddles for 3 days, then bring them back and get 2 more to try up to 30 to 60 days. They have all different brands and paddles for demos. Overall, it is a must stop if you enjoy pickleball!”
“I absolutely love coming to Gazelle sports for any of my running gear needs and then some. The staff is incredibly helpful and full of suggestions but they never pressure you to spend top dollar which is my favorite part of the whole thing. The selection that is always in stock at the location is amazing. I’ve even started sending my friends who are getting into running as well to Gazelle.”

“Great local shoe store is a GR staple. Nike selection is fantastic and service is impeccable. Many sale styles of top lines (Dunks, Jordan's, AF1) in sale area. Recent SNKR drops in stock with multiple styles. This is a must stop for sneaker-heads. Only issue parking can be difficult to find on weekends and at busy times.”

If we don't purchase a leo at the gym then we will go and order directly from their website (which is always a fun and easy transaction). “This store has everything you need to get outfitted to ski or snowboard and the staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Both of our kids participate in the equipment exchange program that they offer which gives us the flexibility to trade up their gear when as the grow and progress. After snowboarding for 20 years, I decided to switch to skis and I didn't even know where to begin. Kate F helped me through the entire process of fitting me perfectly with new boots, skis and a beautiful Burton coat. She even did a heat molding process to make the boots even more comfortable for me. We will 100% be returning to Boyne Country Sports to purchase gear again in the future and of course, we will ask for Kate!”

“I rolled in this store on a Tuesday morning fairly disheveled and in my "lazy day" sweat pants. I was still greeted by the employee and manager. The manager also took the time to help me find several pairs of shoes. He was polite, friendly and knew exactly the shoe I wanted. I left with 2 pair...the one I expected to get and a pair I just couldn't resist.”

“We discovered that if you own a NorthFace product that deteriorated you can return it for an exchange. Last week we took a jacket back but discovered that in order to return it, we had to go onto our computer and fill out all the paperwork. “the minute I had walked into this store, one of the store managers, Nick I believe, instantly started talking to me about the store credit card. I don’t come here that often that it would benefit me, I don’t get store cards in general. They usually have high interest rates. But Nick kept pushing me about it and telling me how it’s such a great card, it was starting to annoy and upset me with how much he kept doing it. So I finished my shopping, and I was checked out by the SWEETEST girl Beth. We talked about some items I was purchasing and then started talking about my kids and all the sports they are all in. She made my experience SO much better. All she did was ask me if someone had talked to me about their card and if I was interested in it and when I said yes that someone had but that I wasn’t interested in it, that was that. I didn’t have to pull out a million and one excuses as to why I didn't want or need one. She gave me the benefits one last time in a friendly “just so you know” manner and said I can always do it on the website too if I changed my mind. Which I appreciated a lot. Beth is someone that knows what she’s doing and will be coming back for that customer care☺️”
“being born and raised in new york city, i had high expectations for customer service when i moved to grand rapids, michigan. i am in love with pacsun and i am extremely grateful that grand rapids not only has one, but three locations. i recently visited the location inside woodland mall. long story short; amazing experience. i was having trouble looking for a birthday present and was assisted by an amazing employee. this amazing employee’s name turned out to be michelle. very cute by the way, hope she’s single. very lovable person, loves to help others. in conclusion, i will be recommending this location to family and friends. if you see this michelle, THANK YOU.”
