DO NOT PURCHASE. Staff is extremely rude!! Do not purchase this warranty coverage as they will not cover any damage. They will just say its too extensive to try and get out of fixing any damages.

Total Scam! They make up reasons to not come out. Refuse to clean anything by making up excuses when the stain is clearly covered in the plan. Then cannot get a hold of anyone for a refund.
