“These people will go above and beyond. I arranged to buy a car on a Saturday morning. I looked at the car the day before on Friday but needed to line up the financing before I returned the next day to pick up the car. I reached out to Coldbrook after work hours on Friday explaining the situation and asked if it would be possible to get insurance on the new vehicle to drive it off the lot the next morning. They responded immediately and emailed me the proof of insurance at 10 pm. Exceptional customer service.”

When I call them they have always answered all of my questions.
Absolutely AWFUL health insurance!
Never ever recommend them to anyone.
They don't help with anything! I would give them 0 stars if I could! Better off having NO insurance!”
