Harbor Freight Tools is widely recognized as America's #1 tool store, boasting over 1,500 locations across the nation. With more than 75 million customers, it offers a vast selection of quality tools at unbeatable prices. Customers appreciate the helpful staff, who often provide assistance and share knowledge, making the shopping experience smoother. Many find great deals on a variety of tools, including welding supplies, air tools, and hand tools, leading to significant savings. However, some customers advise caution when purchasing electric or gas-powered items, as their durability may be lacking. While the store provides good prices, it is essential to pay attention to fine print regarding membership fees for discounts. Overall, Harbor Freight is a go-to destination for those seeking affordable tools and equipment, though shoppers may benefit from a little extra guidance for specific items.
I was in harbor freight this morning shopping and it's always such a daunting experience as I'm out of my element in this store. But I had the kindest salesperson who was both friendly and patient. Zack would definitely receive an a+ in customer service from me

One of the managers went above and beyond to help me get daytona jack and jack stands. I think his name was nate, and the cashier was very helpful as well!

Not exactly reasonably priced as they used to be. If you watch for the coupons you can get some good deals. Didn't have everything I needed and wish there were other options for many of the ratchet/ socket kits they offer. They arent real practical and put allot of useless things in them to make it look good.
