Gwen in the Grand Rapids is outstanding at customer service. She was not involved in my latest rental. The Car was embarrassingly dirty. I didn’t realize the amount of dirt until I saw it outside the garage.

Our experience at the GRR counter was awesome. Shellie T. Greeted us with a big smile and a kind “How can I help you?” It was late. We were tired. Shellie got us checked in for our rental with lightening speed and even upgraded our rental. Such a smooth, effortless car rental experience thanks to Shellie!
