Customer service sucked The service desk was rude even though we had a receipt and they did t want to help us..

Ordered flooring that was supposed to be delivered in 7-10 days and I now have it three weeks later after 4 phone calls for status and having to call them to schedule delivery. Delivery guy dumped the boxes in the kitchen instead of the room it goes in because he doesn't "do" stairs. He also doesn't wear a mask.
