The store, helpful staff, are amazing and super nice. Employees keep helping you find more shoes and try their best to find shoes when they don’t have the size. A sales associate helped you order a new pair online and send it to the house. The staff are sweet and patient, even when a purchase didn’t fit the way you wanted. While the store may not be perfect, one employee went above and beyond, helping a couple even with greatly inconvenience. The employee is stellar and should be rewarded.

I went to the store and ace was the person to help me, he was amazing and kept helping me fine more shoes. even when they didn’t have my size he was super nice about it and trying his best to find shoes to get for me

Purchased some sweatpants the other day (timberlands) and tried it on and didn’t fit the way I wanted it to :( BUT! An amazing sales associate named Harvey/Hardy (I apologize it was loud) helped me order a new pair online to send to my house :) thank you so much you were ever so sweet and patient
