She spoke pleasantly with him while fitting him for shoes and she showed the utmost professionalism as well while doing so. It was a truly wonderful first time experience here.”

The manager today, Michael I believe, was super helpful and with no problem corrected a mistake that was made from a previous purchase that they could’ve ignored or denied the exchange. He was very friendly and apologized for the mistake even though it wasn’t his fault. Will be shopping at this location from here on out!”

Kate was very knowledgeable about the brand and was very informative. The other associate was super nice as well. Kate, her associate and I had a nice conversation and they were happy to listen to me and were very kind. Very happy after I left the store. 10 out of 10 experience!”
