“I had the best experience at 3mile I Lab just now! Both my arms were totaly black & blue from IV'S being blown from testing in the last week. I was so nervous to go in & have more tests, blood drawn, & being poked again! Never fear Tristin was here! Not one poke of pain, got blood right away, maneuvered that needle right in between all the bruises! Trinity Lab Alpine, you always do such a great job! I hope they never shut you down again! Thank you Tristin (hope I got the correct name! Only male on duty when I was there...handsome blonde male with glasses & there was a beautiful young woman with a gorgeous head scarf & awesome glasses on.)Thank you from the Bruised Arms! It didn't hurt a bit!!!”

“I arrived at 7:00, checked in and was the only one waiting for the lab. Kim was efficient and I was done in 10 minutes. Wonderful! However - on the way out, I talked to the intake people about the broken revolving door. I had noticed the caution tape blocking the door when I drove up - wondering if it was a crime scene. I was told that the door has been broken since October, 2024! It is now the end of May, 2025! All construction on this state of the art building seems to be complete - except for repairing the revolving door! Corewell, you can do better!”

“I had a great experience with this urgent care. I hurt my foot and was really worried about it being broken since it was still very painful to walk on days later. I booked ahead of time for 5:30 on a Wednesday, and got in no later than 5:50 after checking in. Within minutes a nurse took my initial vitals and questions, and about 10 minutes later a PA examined my foot. I got an Xray within the next 10 minutes, and only 15 mins later the PA came back with a confident evaluation. I was out the door with a wrapped foot and crutches by 6:40. Following their care instructions, my foot got much better and was glad it didn't end up being a break. I will absolutely come back here anytime I have an urgent problem I need looking at, and I definitely recommend booking online ahead of time because that really did help keep the wait time shorter than I expected.”
