Was in bottle return would not give me my bottle slip . Called the store Kalamazoo gull road store asked for help was hung up on 2 times then I call corporate office was put on hold for 5min your customer service is so poor at the gull road store maybe your manager needs training in this area.

Not only was I unable to find 1/3 of the items I was shopping for, I had to bag my own groceries. If I want to bag my own groceries AND save money, I’ll go to Aldi. Very disappointed

Absolutely disgraceful attitude on behalf of customer support staff while attempting to notify of an issue where the Meijer app/website won’t allow to place orders for pickup OR delivery.
This chain needs to do better in how the operate support, having working tech to order, and actually stocking the stores.
