Corporate store. Whenever big phone problems I go there for the fix. Franchise store's are ok but I prefer this store. Great, knowledgeable staff. Excellent customer service.

Stick with the corporate location. You won't be sorry. Please independently on T-Mobile stores will not take care of you like the corporate store
