“Stopped by the Kalamazoo Ave. AT&T Store today(10/29), with a technical issue that none of the other AT&T Businesses could seem to help me with. To my surprise I was met by two very nice AT&T Employee's that were working at this store named Linda and Brandon. By the grace of God they were able to resolve the billing dilemma that I was having. These two worker's really worked well together, were extremely professional and honestly couldn't have been more helpful. I honestly don't think I've ever had better phone service in Grand Rapids since moving here almost 10 years ago. HIGHLY recommend this place!!!!”

“Francieszka always provides the best service, and I trust her implicitly. She is very patient, and I often call ahead to make sure she's available so that I can accomplish my tasks with confidence.
What another reviewer said is also true for me. Francieszka had two calls with the in-house service dropped right in front of me. She spent over an hour working on my phone because her representatives kept dropping her calls. She was very patient, repeatedly calling back and asking them not to hang up on her because we needed assistance. She is truly wonderful.
If frustrated with customer service anywhere, check out The Elliot Report. They provide consumers with contact information for corporate office employees who care. I found Metro's email address through the report and received a call back from someone who clearly cared.
I will continue to use Metro as long as I can receive in-person customer service from Francieszka. I trust her, and that's invaluable.”
