Dave with Napa saw me at a local gas station needing a jump and he had a jump pack in his car and he came over and tapped me on the shoulder and said he could help. He had me back up and running. I've been here a few times. Done online ordering and pickup here, got a new car battery and returned my old one here. Never had a problem. Napa parts are quality parts and the service is what you should expect from an auto parts store.
