Jerry at the 44th st. location spent well over an hour helping me find the perfect work boot. His encyclopedic knowledge of technical specs on each boot was impressive. Went through 5 different pairs of boots before we found the perfect one. I warned him I was picky and he was patient with the entire time. Excellent service!!!
