After my husband died... needed different insurance so it led me to silver sneakers, out of my comfort zone I have met so many nice people... it's been beautiful love it here, life saving ??❤️

I’ve been happy here so far. The sauna and steam room are a bonus after a workout. The staff has been friendly and helpful.
