“Absolutely love this Orange Theory studio. They have awesome staff, coaches, and community that make working out really fun! Along with the community, Orange Theory provides opportunities for people to push themselves and find ways to continually improve both physically and mentally.

I’m always trying to get more people to come check out a class, and they have several promotions that make it easy and fun to check out. Orange Theory has genuinely improved my quality of life in the past year as I started going to classes”

“LOVE barre3 GR! After moving, I was hoping to find a new spot to workout and came across barre3. This is the perfect place if you're looking for positive, encouraging, functional fitness. There is not a single bad instructor and everyone from the barre3 team to other class members is so amazing. I recommend barre to everyone I know!!”

“I am a member at all 3 locations. Great gyms! I thought I'd show off the Grand Rapids location to a couple friends but..... $15.00 for a daily pass accompanied by a member is pretty steep!”

“The class size first and foremost was the best thing about our experience. For my kids to learn how to swim with only two other children was perfect, I hope the ratios never change! The patience of the instructor (and the sub instructor this week) was also such a great help. These two are really wonderful young women and have done so well with my kids, who are both Autistic and sometimes need a little extra. Thank you!”

“First time gym members. Amazing staff, clean facility. No judgment. Currently no trainer, but that's OK. Equipment has barcodes to videos show how to use it. The experience makes me happy”

“I have never been to a gym like Burn Boot Camp! It truly is a community: a no judgment zone, it’s inclusive to everyone, and the trainers push you but are also helpful and kind. It’s so hard but it’s also for all levels! I leave happy every time.. and it’s so nice they have complimentary childwatch. I definitely recommend checking it out!”

“Been going to this PF almost 10 years. Staff has always been nice, its always very clean, they fix things when they break, and they have added new equipment multiple times. For the price there isn't a better gym, and unless you are already a full blown powerlifter training for competitions you're wasting your money paying at least double to go anywhere else for the 3 pieces of equipment PF doesn't have. You can hit every body part with options on options as to how you do it here. Dumbbells go to 75 (at this location), more 45lb plates available than a group of Eddie Hall's would need to deadlift, and even when it gets busy I never feel like I'm waiting to use stuff or can't get my workout in because there are just so many options it's never all being used at once. I think it's a hell of a deal for the price honestly so I don't think they need to do anything different to keep getting my money, but If I could change anything here I would make the entire back wall mirrors (where the benches and cable machines are) like it is as the centerpointe mall location that would be huuuuuge, make the dumbbells go up to 120, add a second water fountain, and lastly while I think unlikely for PF having some free standing squat racks and barbells instead of just Smith Machines would be nice. Thanks for being awesome PF 5stars”

“CrossFit Grand Rapids is wonderful. From the moment I walked in I was met with a warm welcome from a great group of people. This gym is serious about fitness and they focus on the right things here. The programming is fantastic, highlighting a varied amount of movements. The coaching is top notch, with actual demonstrations and teaching moments. The owner is enthusiastic and personable. And the jams are elite. I highly recommend checking this place out!”

“We attended a kid's birthday party in a rented room there. It is very affordable and a great location to rent a room for occasions like birthdays. They supply the table and chairs.”

“The best PF in the GR area. I’ve been to ALOT of PFs all over the state & this is by far the cleanest. The staff are always cleaning. Even down to inside the lockers! The employees here are great as well, knowing my name, which tanning bed I like etc. small stuff like this makes it!

I also appreciate their tanning/redlight machines are up to date. The hybrid is my favorite and not too many that I can find in the area have it.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this gym. The sense of community here is incredible—everyone is friendly, encouraging, and uplifting. It doesn’t matter if you’re just starting out or have been working out for years, you feel like you belong. It’s rare to find a place that combines great workouts with such a positive and supportive atmosphere.”

“Best PF in the area. Its biggest advantage is having massive windows for tons of natural light, but this is backed up by well-maintained equipment, clean locker rooms, and cheerful staff.”

“Update: added the fifth star based on SUPER FAST and understanding owner response. Just another reason to love this place!I've only ever been here for the free baby gym on Mondays, so I can only speak to the staff and facility that exist in those times and spaces.First off, let me just say that the free open gym for babies has been AMAZING for my kiddo's mobility development and my sanity. What an amazing resource for our community and every staff member I've spoken to there (albeit briefly and really only ever pleasantries) has been very kind and they actually seem to adore the children in the facility (something that can be rare in certain areas where children are present). The facility itself:There's a wide variety of equipment that simultaneously appears well-loved and well-maintained. The entire place is incredibly clean. From the front entry to the bathroom to the gymnasium itself, I've never been grossed out or suspicious about anything I've seen here. They also have vending machines (that take cards!) on site which has been an absolute life saver for me in the past when kiddo was hungry and I'd forgotten a snack.Baby time:I wish this was done more often or had additional time slots, but I understand that doing something for free takes time out of programs that could actually make the place money, so I understand why.On top of the gymnastics equipment that already exists in the gym full time, staff also brings out kid-oriented things like small slides, rockers, egg shakers, scarves, tunnels, etc. It's a full experience, they really go all out for these kids.So why 4 stars? The music. 90% of it is great! But that remaining 10% which always catches me off guard is Christian worship music, just sung by children's choirs so that it blends in with the other songs. It's not a Christian organization (as far as I'm aware), and the kids obviously aren't old enough to understand but it absolutely makes me feel "othered". I want to be clear, not a single staff member has ever pushed religion onto me and I've not witnessed it happening to anyone else. There's no signs or art about religion. This is just about the few songs that pop up. It's not a reason to boycott or avoid, but just something that staff could potentially alter to help out their anxious and diverse clientele.Overall, it seems like a great facility. We're coming up on the end of the age range for baby time and we may even continue with their 18m classes if there's room.”

“Easiest 5 star review I’ve ever given. Every single person that walks in is welcome and becomes a part of the community. This gym has brought together people from SO many different backgrounds, all cheering each other on to success! There’s zero pressure to be or do anything, just healthy yet mild competition to push yourself to greatness.”

“Nice gym facilities, but i feel like some of the equipment was not accessible. As a 5’6” person I couldn’t use the bench press because my feet don’t touch the ground.
I know that there are other bench manufacturers that make lower benches, I it’s never been a problem at a gym besides Redwater.”

“I moved to Grand Rapids for the summer and I have to say, Taylor is the most kind, and I say best gym staff I ever ran into. Taylor went out of his way to build a personal connection with every single person that walked into Snap Fitness. This made going to the gym even more enjoyable due to the environment he created. Allowing all people in the gym to be positive and kind to eachother. I will definitely miss going to the gym. Thank you Taylor for being a G!”
