The apartment layouts are described as amazing and gorgeous, with kitchens that are very accommodating. Residents love the great amenities, which include a bark park. The staff is frequently noted as friendly, welcoming, sweet, helpful, courteous, and prompt to respond. The maintenance crew is also called amazing. Community events, like a luau, are appreciated. However, there are significant concerns about property upkeep. Reviews state the grounds are less than kept, with bare spots and weeds in grassy areas, and untrimmed or dead plants. The pool has had operational issues. Some administrative communication is criticized, with mentions that messages are not answered and finding information is not easy. A specific complaint notes an apartment with a persistent, unsettling vibration. While many are happy, some residents have chosen not to renew their leases due to these maintenance and management issues.
I recently toured this place and can’t wait to move in the spring! The staff is so friendly and welcoming, the apartments are gorgeous, it’s in a great location AND a bark park for my fur baby! It is everything I have been looking for, so glad I found it!
