“Highly recommended place to live. Location is great, literally walking distance to grocery stores and other general stores within the area. Amenities provided are top notch, we especially enjoyed the pool and the always stocked snack bar. Rachel and Madison maintained a high level of communication and are very welcoming and accommodating. Surroundings are also well maintained. If you are looking for somewhere that offers great location, reasonable pricing, well maintained general and common areas then this is the place to be.”

“We absolutely love our life at Fulton Place. After living here for 6 months, I can confidently recommend this building. Management and maintenance have both been professional, friendly, timely and easy to work with. We've only had minor things that needed to be fixed, everything has been in quality shape. We appreciate the secure package room, locked entrance on nights and weekends, and locked elevator/stairwell at all times. We feel safe and secure here! The environment is friendly and welcoming, very clean - and we have been thankful of the COVID policies of this property. Close proximity to GVSU, downtown, food, bus lines, bridge street market. Beautiful windows, nicely sized bathrooms, in-unit laundry, up to date appliances, plank flooring, what isn't to love? Parking and the windows not opening are the only two drawbacks but we quickly got used to both and love living here.”

“Right from the beginning Jessica made it a welcoming experience. She had a lot of patience and took me back to each of the apartments because I forgot to take pictures. I loved that it is a gated community with great amenities. The layout of the apartment is amazing!! If you like to cook or bake, the kitchen is very accommodating. My favorite part was the welcome gift that Jessica had in the apartment. I was still anxious and apprehensive the day I moved in but when I saw that I knew I had made the right choice.”

Everything was seamless from start to finish—there were no delays, no miscommunications, and everything was handled with great professionalism. The team was highly responsive, consistently quick to reply to emails and messages, and made sure all my questions were answered promptly. “Adam's Park Apartments is surprisingly calm and courteous. I've been living here for six years and I think it's the best place I've ever been. The only complaint I may have is that the housing commission requires routine checks of each individual apartment although forewarning is given. Usually about a week in advance. Also, the main smoke detectors in the hallways seem to be easily activated and then there's about a 15 minute wait for the whole place to finally shut up. ? That happens about once a month. The inspections are I think once every six months? Other than those two things this place is great. I'm really glad I took the time to fill out some damn paperwork for one of the best places I've ever lived.”

“Despite the constant changes of management 5-6 months ago, the current management team is doing their best to accommodate for previous inconveniences. They have done a lot of changes to the office, lobby and exterior and still catching up on all that needs fixing. I personally have had little to no issues with any questions or concerns with my unit or lease and maintenance has been a lot quicker with workorders since the last staff change which I am happy about due to the fast resolution to my A/C problems! There still are things that could use work such as issues with the laundry room(s) and mail room access but I am very hopeful that in due time, it will get better under the current management and maintenance team!”

“We just applied for an apartment at woodfield and Jaleiah Holmes at the leasing office was absolutely amazing!!! Very informative, helpful and she even checked our income before running our application. I didn’t think anyone did that. She really tries to do what she can for potential renters to make sure time and money are not wasted. She also made it a very easy process and comfortable. In fact it was actually fun working with her. Also Extremely personable!!! Would definitely recommend for leasing inquiries! She’s awesome!!!”
