We were new clients and went to our appt with our two dogs. They said we didn't confirm our appt so we had no appt. I was dumbfounded! If I make an appt that's my confirmation! If I need to cancel I will call and let them know.Never have I had this happen at Dr or dentist appts for not CONFIRMING.

We just brought our six month old Golden Retriever Rosie for her first visit. What a great clinic! Kelly the vet assistant was kind and thorough. Dr. Haskins is great. A wealth of information and very kind. I'm glad we found this wonderful clinic.
