“We love GRVC! We have been with GRVC for about 12yrs now as they have been caring for our two cats. They have always been compassionate and supportive, especially when we have had serious issues happening. At my last visit we weren’t sure what was going on, they answered all of my questions, listened patiently and explained everything in a way I was able to understand.
We appreciate that they don’t try to sell us on meds/services our pets don’t need. It helps to hear them give advice on what they would do if the pet was their own. We also love the app that is available to communicate with the office. It makes getting questions answered quick and easy.
The docs & staff at GRVC have been absolutely amazing and we are so thankful we have them to help care for our pets.”

“Love love love this place. Michelle and Candice are amazing every time we walk through the doors. Phone nurses fabulous especially Chelsea. So energetic friendly and thorough. We see Dr. Godfrey mostly. So confident in her assessments and “bedside manner” amazing. Our groomer btittany is top notch. She sees them every five weeks and they look amazingly dapper. Brittany is so old with the boys.”
“We recently had to euthanize both of our dogs in a short period of time. The staff there was super empathetic to our situation and when we found out one of our dogs had lymphoma Dr DeBruine laid out the options clearly and answered all my questions with sympathy. When my dog was declining from the lymphoma and I contacted the office they got back to me with information from Dr DeBruine even when it was her day off. They left every decision in my hands and didn't pressure us to do anything extra. They simply laid out the options and said they supported whatever decision we made.”

“We boarded our two cats here for nine days. They were at the cat cottages, and I requested the jungle room, which was the largest of the rooms. They were well taken care of by the staff, who came in to feed, and have a little playtime with them daily.
They sent me updates with pictures every day, so I could see them and know any concerns, if there were any.
I would happily board them there again!”

“I've been taking my dog here since I got her in early 2023. I love the vets and staff. They have taken great care of my dog, from preventative stuff to medical issues that crop up. They communicate with the daycare my dog goes to once a week when needed. The prices here are the most reasonable I've experienced since I moved to this area in 2019 (I've been to maybe 3 other vets).”
“Our Domestic Long Hair cat was in desperate need of grooming care. I had reached out to this office to see what they could do for our girl. They went above and beyond explaining the process of what would happen and even sent a message going over what happened during the time she was there. Dr. Grimes also took the time to call me and go over her evaluation and answered my questions. Not only did they treat us well but they are also very reasonably priced. I know our girl feels better after getting her fur taken care of. I will be returning here for vet care in the future!”
“This friendly staff treats my 9 year old pup well and shows zero interest in overcharging their clients. If you are looking for frills, this is NOT the place. But if you want a team that works hard and seems to know their stuff- Maybe we will run into each other on division and 28th street.”

My dog had cruciate surgery several months ago and has a history of leg issues, they worked with me from scheduling to post op care and made me feel at ease. My dog is now thriving and we could not be more thankful. Dr Fuller is amazing and answered all my questions and I am very thankful for dr McBride who performed the surgery. All the veterinarians are great, I have worked with a handful over the years.”

“Great experience with Blue Pearl Pet Hospital in Grand Rapids. All the staff was wonderful. My pets surgery went well. Everything was explained to me. I received a phone calls and a picture, day of the surgery, to show my pet was doing well. The Veterinarian called me as well to explain things. I received a follow up phone call from the staff after I brought my pet home. They really seem like they care(d).
