Large parking lot out front of Staples so there's plenty of parking options. Store was clean, well lit and accessible. I was greeted when I came in the store, is directed and where I needed to be, they have aisles and rows of anything you need from office supplies to furniture to computer to briefcase. One Stop shop for your office needs. I was going to get a poster board and pens and I thought it was a really great value for the quality of the product. Anthony at checkout pointed to the donation option of a school supplies for local schools and I definitely added that to my bill. Happy that's an option for schools. Way to go staples!

They refused to do a print job for me because they claimed it was copyright infringement. I paid to download the file from a graphic design website so I fail to see where the issue is. Very frustrated to get so much grief over a handful of children’s birthday invites…

Jess at print services was AMAZING- she was so helpful when I came to print everything for my wedding- knew exactly how to help, and even helped me choose the correct paper. Helped ease my pre wedding worries!

I was doing a mailing job and my paper folder malfunctioned. I called around to local businesses to see if they could help. Different places could, however, not in the time frame I needed. When I called Staples Laura worked with myself and the managers Brant and DeMarco to price match a local competitor while Ethan did a great job folding the paperwork I submitted. Great teamwork and customer service in a company. Thank you again!

Extremely poor customer service. I had to ask a cashier for help and take them away from being a cashier because they don’t want to staff any employees for the floor or have a manager be on the floor.Corporations nowadays just expect everything to work like a Walmart you walk in no one helps you and there’s no expectation for customer service. It’s just good luck. It’s probably done one of the 12 isles.And they wonder why Amazon is killing all of these places

I have never written a review before but feel the need to share how wonderful my first experience to staples on 28th street in GR was. I am planning my daughters bridal shower and needed prints for games, poster board etc. I had no idea what I was doing and Aaron Howell, the printing and marketing supervisor was so patient and helpful so I just wanted to make sure to recognize this young man for a great experience. My daughters and I will continue going to staples for everything thanks to the great customer service from Aaron.

Really disappointed in the print department. It’s been several days to receive my “same day business cards”. I placed an order and the next day they emailed me at 8:30PM regarding my order that I should have been able to pick up that day. I sent them the requested documents. When I went to pick up my order the next morning I arrived an hour later than anticipated and they still didn’t have my order ready. Instead of printing my cards and getting my order ready he told me to return in “a few hours” I needed my order same day..days ago. I still haven’t received it.

The prices at this Staples are ridiculously expensive. I tried to scan and email 125 pages to myself and they attempted to charge me 80.00. To email, not print. I could buy a scanner for that price. If you respond to reviews please justify that cost. No ink, no paper. Just emailing docs on a worn out used copier. How could this possibly cost more than 10-15 dollars. Here is the total amount of papers to be scanned.

I've been a loyal Staples customer and am very disappointed that they will not stand behind their products for more than 14 days. I purchased a keyboard/mouse combo for when I occasionally work from home. I have used it twice & the mouse won't work anymore. Staples won't return or refund the product.
