“I recently contacted Real Pro Auto and was impressed by how polite and professional the staff were. They took the time to answer all of my questions about booking an appointment and seemed very knowledgeable about their services. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work.
That said, I did get the sense that—like many other repair shops—the business is heavily focused on maximizing revenue. It’s not necessarily a bad thing, but it’s something to be aware of if you’re looking for a more customer-first, budget-conscious experience.

“I brought a used vehicle into Veenstra's for a pre-purchase inspection and the process was fantastic--quick, thorough and reasonably priced. They gave me a breakdown report of every part of the car, the timeline for repairs in the future, and how much it would cost. This gave us a great basis for negotiating repairs and pricing with the dealership. Veenstra's even re-inspected the two most immediate issues after repair on the house, to reassure us that the vehicle was safe to drive! I will be bringing my new car here in the future.”

I’ve been going to Leo & Ed’s for the past decade and have no plans to change that going into this next decade! I trust three people with my car- my dad, my partner & Rick (shop owner).
They are incredibly kind and are mindful of your budget. There were times where I couldn’t afford to get everything fixed at once and the staff would help with what would be best to fix “today” and what could wait.
I’ve been to previous mechanics where they would say “they use the best of the best parts” but why was that necessary when I had an old used decade old car?

“This is my go to location for affordable decent used tires. Even if sometimes they are extremely busy and you have to wait a good amount of time. 2 weeks ago I grabbed a decent pair to replace my front 2 tires. And the price was only $80(I'm sure the price varies by size). They replaced the pair I bought 18 months ago here. $80 for a pair of tires every year is extremely reasonable. Especially with the amount of driving I do. They are just as reasonable for a repair considering they sometimes have to pull the tire off the rim for the repair. Unlike a lot of these places who've raised their prices so high you might as well go to Bell tire or Discount tire. Last winter I called 15 of these smaller shops to get a price for swapping out for my winter tires. The prices quoted were $120-200. I ended up going to Discount tire and paid $89. But Yurria quoted me $80 because they understand that people are struggling.”

I arranged an Uber to take her and her mom to the appointment on time, but the van was left in the gas station lot. I called Bauer Built and explained the situation. They had a technician go to the gas station, remove, and replace the tire, all before my wife got back after the appointment. I am extremely grateful for their willingness to help out in this situation.”

“I haven't used their services yet but I will from now on. One of their mechanics, Rudy, saw me struggling to get a new belt on a car in an Autozone parking lot. He stopped his own shopping and came to help so we could get out of the cold. Then he grabbed his own jump box so we could get the car running. After finishing his own shopping, he stopped back over to make sure everything was still on track and that we were both going to get home safe. He's a solid guy and definitely the type of person I'd want working on my car if the need arises.”

“I had a good experience with having my vehicle serviced here for an oil change a few weeks ago. I bought a Groupon coupon which included a free tire rotation and break inspection. Overall, I walked out paying about $42 for uncovered costs which is understandable as the Groupon does not cover everything. I did have to reschedule when I initially went since they had to order a filter, but that was A-okay and I got my vehicle serviced the very next morning.
Richard and the rest of his team were very helpful, informative and provided an overall pleasant experience! Richard ensured all my concerns were answered/tended to. The oil change did not take long, and I was provided my receipt as well as estimates for tires and brakes.
Overall, I would highly recommend this place of you need your car serviced. Thank you gentlemen for all your time and assistance!! ?”
“This Discount Tire specifically has extremely good service and professionalism. I had an appointment for tire rotation. A man greeted me and was very polite. Because he was so kind and polite, I felt comfortable sharing with him that the low air pressure tire warning light in our car was on and had been all winter.
I told him my husband had checked all the tires, but in the winter time I know they tend to read lower than in warmer months. I told him the car didn’t get driven much and that I wasn’t sure if the tires even need to be rotated.
He listened carefully to what I said, and told me he was going to check the pressure on all the tires and that if they were all normal, he had a machine that could tell if the pressure reading light in the car was off.
He came back, showed me where on the machine he could tell that the pressure reading light in the car was accurate. He said one of the tires was reading lower than the others and asked me if I had the time to wait while they checked the tire to see if it had a slow leak in it. I said that would be fine.
It did take about an hour to finish, but before that he came to me to tell me they did find a little piece of steel in the suspicious tire, said it could be fixed, and then they’d rotate the tires. He asked me if that was okay and I said sure.
Even though Discount Tire has a policy where they will rotate tires and check air pressure whether you purchased the tires there or not, I was sure I’d have to pay something for the tire to be fixed. We always purchase our tires from
Discount Tires and they have our records on file, and even though I didn’t think to ask why at the time, the fixed tire was free.
I don’t know whether or not that would’ve been the case had I not been a regular customer and I didn’t think to ask. I was just extremely grateful I didn’t have to pay for it. Maybe they could answer this question if they read this review. I think it would be really something if they fixed a slow-leaking tire for anyone and not someone who was a regular customer, at no charge.”
“This place is small but they are fast and very reasonable in price! We didn't even have to get out of our car, He jacked the car up with all of us in it and replaced our tire as soon as we pulled up! I Highly recommend this place! Not to mention they were the only ones available and willing to do the work when every place in town was packed! Very friendly, great work!”
“I arrived with some tire issues. I checked in and immediately was brought into a bay. I got new steer tires, fixed a flat on the truck and also had some low tires on the trailer.
