It’s currently 8:10 on a Friday, and no sign of an employee. Voicemail says they are open but shop is completely locked up. Waste of a trip.

Rushed to get here before the 4:00 closing on a Sunday afternoon and they had doors locked with no employees visible at 3:56. The open sign was up and at least 4 other angry people were at the doors with me. Now I have to make another 30 minute drive (one way) wasting gas and time because someone wanted to quit early. Not a professional way to run a business.

Closed 10 minutes before they were supposed to. There were multiple people trying to drop-off packages because hours were supposed to be until 4pm, but doors were locked.

I agree completely with the reviewer before me. Employee #183452 at this store is a miserable beast of a human being. She was extremely rude and unpleasant with the customer before me, and she was extremely rude and unpleasant with me too. It's as though somebody locked her in a cage for her entire childhood; continuously expecting the next person she meets to treat her like garbage, and so her defense mechanism is to treat them like garbage before they have the chance to do it first.
Other than Employee #183452 being a horrible person, everything was perfect and amazing!

Terrible customer service. The lady that met us was unbelievably rude and discriminatory. She immediately met me with attitude and refused to help me carry boxes in (even though I am unable to due to my disability).

Love paying online for something, UPS not delivering it, then charging us for them to hold it and for us to pick it up on our own time! Super convenient!

Dropped off a package to be shipped the next day . A week later the package is still at this location . On top of it all I paid 50$ or more to have it packaged by UPS . Tell me what’s really going on at this location .

I like this store especially when i have a shipping UPS label already printed and they accept your USPS mail. Its easy to walk in quick and drop of mail!

oh my goodness, the man was so grumpy 😠
there are other ups stores I will frequent in future. It was pretty uncomfortable.

I made a return and received a receipt and was then charged again from Amazon because they said they didn’t get the item returned. I have contacted Amazon 3 times attempting to deal with this issue. I don’t understand how they can give me a receipt but then not send it out or lose it!?

Sent a kitchen appliance to my son in CA. Late, dented, no packing materials. Payed decent money and we were really disappointed. Won't use this location again.
