Between the grand rapids facility and the Kalamazoo one, it takes Between 3 days an 2 weeks for these incompetent people to ship your stuff they received from across the country in less than 24 hours... time for a change people... fire the supervisor an the employees an get a better crew... these people are horrible an you all should be ashamed.

Terrible customer service... not sure why I bothered to wait in line when they are pulling people from the back of the line to get the same service they knew I was waiting for (a money order that they didn't even have in stock until almost noon đ) Where is the DOGE department when you need them!?!

Majority of the time my packages go in and out of here within a day but my small maybe 4 envelope sized package has been sitting in here on delay for 5 days I get it's the Christmas season and they're very overworked rn but I'm getting a little annoyed hopefully I get my package soon.

Jackie behind the counter was rude and unkind. She read thru all of my paperwork then told me to go back to the courthouse to get something else (after she assured me that she doesnât know how the courts actually work). This was a 10-20 minute ordeal with other customers looking on as she blabbed my personal business all over and tried to make sense of something that wasnât hers to make sense of. I phoned the courthouse and the National Passport Center after to tell them about the experience and to ask for suggestions. They both said âyouâre doing everything rightâ and to find a different acceptance center. Shame on you Jackie for your poor customer service, your insensitivity and your overly nosey nature.

They need to hire new people. I fish the post office in Grand rapids and often see the employees and hear their conversations on break, not impressed. First time ever I've had two separate packages sent out of state when they were at one point 20 minutes from my address, while stationed at this location.

3 times in a row my packages have left the Grand Rapids distribution center and gone to a random city several hours away and it has taken up to 5 additional days to receive my order. One of them came back to Grand Rapids from Traverse City and then went to Detroit. I live 20 minutes away... this particular distribution center is hopelessly pathetic.
