“We love GRVC! We have been with GRVC for about 12yrs now as they have been caring for our two cats. They have always been compassionate and supportive, especially when we have had serious issues happening. At my last visit we weren’t sure what was going on, they answered all of my questions, listened patiently and explained everything in a way I was able to understand.
We appreciate that they don’t try to sell us on meds/services our pets don’t need. It helps to hear them give advice on what they would do if the pet was their own. We also love the app that is available to communicate with the office. It makes getting questions answered quick and easy.
The docs & staff at GRVC have been absolutely amazing and we are so thankful we have them to help care for our pets.”

“Rivet goes to Cascade for Physical Therapy with Sara. He's a nervous boy sometimes and Sara is the kindest soul. She has Rivet excited for PT and to visit. Sara is wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. The front staff are all very sweet when they see Rivet. 100% if you're dog needs any type of physical therapy, it's worth the time and the money. They are amazing!”

“Easy in and out. Friendly staff. I took 3 in to be spayed and they took one at a time which was helpful. They even clipped the claws. Yes claws, humans have nails.”
“We boarded our two cats here for nine days. They were at the cat cottages, and I requested the jungle room, which was the largest of the rooms. They were well taken care of by the staff, who came in to feed, and have a little playtime with them daily.
They sent me updates with pictures every day, so I could see them and know any concerns, if there were any.
I would happily board them there again!”
“I cannot thank this place enough for fitting me in today. My cat had been acting all of sorts, no eating or drinking and I got very worried. I walked in and even without having an appointment they were able to squeeze me in to have her seen and taken care of same day. “Everyone was very nice. My Chocolate Labrador was throwing up then having swallowing problems. They got her in ran some tests and diagnosed her pretty quickly. It was nice to have somewhere to go in the middle of the night.”

“My cats, Wasabi and Miso, have been coming here since 2023 and have had the best care. We ❤️ Dr. Costin. I can tell all of the staff in the office really care about them, and truly want the best for their wellbeing. Wasabi had a dental cleaning and some teeth pulled last week. Leading up to the procedure and after, I received regular communication from staff checking in on her recovery and they answered every pre-procedure question I had with so much knowledge and kindness. Being the anxious person I am, I definitely called twice prior too lol. Wasabi had a little bit of a hard time afterwards, and I was able to call and get her in for a same day appointment after her procedure with her regular veterinarian. We got everything sorted and she is doing SO MUCH BETTER already. I have my happy, sassy cat back and it's been so great to see. I cannot put into words how much I appreciate this office and the staff for everything they've done for my cats, to put it simply I will never go anywhere else for their care. Highly recommend - they deserve all of the kudos!”

“We brought our senior dachshund here for dental work. Just for transparency if anyone is wondering about pricing, we paid $2200 for a cleaning and some extractions, which is more than what we were quoted. Not any cheaper than a regular vet office. They did take good care of our pup, but cost is pretty dang high.”
