Disc Traders Grandville buys and sells video games, movies, and electronics. They offer a wide selection of video games from older systems to the newest consoles, a large inventory of movies, and gently used electronics like iPads, laptops, and HDTVs at great prices. Reviews note the team is friendly, keeps a well-organized store, and is very helpful, often providing good service and honoring price quotes. Many customers report always having a good experience with a good selection of games and consoles, and appreciate when employees offer helpful advice to make the trade-in process quicker. However, some experiences vary. One reviewer mentioned a long wait time for trade-in quotes and testing, feeling the final offer was lower than expected. Another noted the store is occasionally closed due to being short-staffed. There is also a wish for their inventory to be listed online more consistently.
