“Mo at the Grandville location was amazing!!! He was very professional, welcoming, knowledgeable, patient and a great multitasker. We came in for a reactivation and we were kind of on a time crunch. Mo welcomed us and got us checked in as soon as we entered the building. When it was our turn he listened to what we were there for and provided excellent service. 10 out of 10 for Mo and his team!! No customer were left unattended and they did check-ins with all the customers not being serviced yet. If you want to experience exceptional customer service then this is the place to go!”

“Oh my gosh - I should say OH MY JOSH!!!! Josh at the Guest Service desk was SO AWESOME on the evening of 7/13/24 an hour before closing. He warmly welcomed us as we entered the store and helped us for the final hour before closing with the huge task of doing individual price adjustments on dozens of items that were now on 20% off through tonight only. I appreciate his time, patience, energy and positive attitude. He stayed focused and was kind with a smile. “I came here for the first time the other day and it was my first time going thru a bulk box of Pokemon cards. I'm just getting into pokemon tcg and I am trying to collect cards of pokemon I like, or pokemon I liked as a kid. I literally spent like 2 hours in here looking at stuff and walked away with a massive stack of cards at a great price. The two people working were nice and they may or may not have given me a sick deal on the cards. 10/10 would come again. ALSO they have a ton of their nicer cards listed online which I thought was very cool to browse from my couch, lol.”
