You cant get change back as a retailer. Customers do not pay us in exact change. it’s ridiculous. your a bank!!!! I just put a request in with my corporate office to switch banks. Its an inconvenience to go here.

I am not a primary customer of this bank but handle things for someone who is. The communication between customers and the bank is terrible. Twice we have been promised call backs on matters and no one has reached out to us. They are understaffed and no one seems to know how to help people. Would not bank here myself.
