Their associates are very friendly, knowledgeable and so attentive. We are always greeted promptly and with a smile. I have been to other locations and this company does a great job in hiring, training and the standards ate customer focused. Very refreshing as most companies are focused on getting the customer in and out with as little contact as possible. Most companies give less product and hiked prices, its quite sad all the changes which is why it is so nice to find a Great Company that Appreciates their customers and makes feel valued as well as our pets. Great Job as a company from the vision to the execution. You are doing a Fantastic job. We Love shopping at your store. My family, and my children w/their kids all shop with you. Thanks for making it a great experience and I for got to mention the prices are great as well. I hope this review is read at the corporate level and read in a store meeting so they know that their hard work is noticed and appreciated greatly.

3830 Chicago Dr SW, GrandvilleWe recently used Tippy Cow for a Be Nice Mental Health Awareness Week activity at Valley Truck Parts, and they truly delivered!
They provided the cutest ice cream cart setup, along with flavor signage, utensils, and everything we needed—it was all included and ready for easy pickup. The single-scoop serving sizes were perfect, and we were able to serve over 220 employees.
The ice cream was absolutely delicious, and they even surprised us with some ice cream sandwiches, which were a huge hit! The entire process—from ordering to pickup—was smooth and communication was easy. Everything was prepared on time and exactly as expected.
I would 100% recommend Tippy Cow and would gladly use them again. They would also be a fantastic option for events like weddings!

Sometimes I'm paying $3, sometimes $4 or $5. Not a big issue but there needs to be consistency. I noticed that the presentation is always different too. Again, not a huge deal but something to think about. I know many of the workers are high schoolers/teenagers working their first jobs. No big deal, it's understandable.
