“I cannot recommend this place enough, they took me in and put four new tires on my car after Walmart refused to service me (even though I had an appointment) super affordable and fantastic service, Chris was a huge help and if you see him ask for him!!! We had a little confusion with my spare and I think it was Tijaun who came on the call and he took care of it on the house these guys are just great and if you need new tires come here!!!”
“The process was simple and straightforward. I dropped off my keys in the designated box in the short-term parking lobby and they took it from there. When I returned five days later, I received a text with the box number and code to retrieve my keys along with the location of my car in short-term parking. My car has never looked better. The exterior and interior were spotless. Anything I had left in the car was bagged and securely stowed in the trunk. I couldn’t have expected any better service. And I saved money on parking! I highly recommend the service and will definitely be a repeat customer.”

“These guys were awesome had to go in for a alignment the truck I was using was a restoration truck. It has extractor in the back of it when I told him that I had to stay heated. There were more than happy to do so
And they even allowed me to take a vehicle for the day. While, mine was getting fixed to do what I needed to do. Very friendly staff and communication was great ?”

“Seth and his crew did an excellent job explaining the correct tires and brand for my RV. I thought the prices were very reasonable for 6 Bridgestone tires. The tires were changed within a couple hours. During a final inspection it was discovered by their master technician that the rear axle on my rig was out of alignment. Seth's team jumped into action again and quickly resolved the problem, which allowed me to get on the road in a timely manner. I cannot stress the importance of their professionalism and the caring attitude they displayed during my visit. I will definitely keep them in my handbook for any future technical issues with my RV.”
“I try to do as much work on my cars as I can. Having been ripped off before I was wary of going to a shop, but recently I needed help. I ran into a problem with a lower control arm that I just couldn't fix. . I found Palmer's online and read the reviews that said they were honest. I called them and hoped for the best. Honesty and fairness is exactly what I found. All of my interactions with staff were respectful and left me feeling good. They also ran into a problem with my car, and rather than taking advantage they called and offered a creative solution. At the end of the day it cost me far less than I expected and felt very fair. “I have been using Discount tire for as long as I can remember, they always do a great job, but this location went way above and beyond for my appointment. Not only did they help me with an issues on my online order to help ensure I was getting the best option for my vehicle, which I had some oversight on my part, but they were great at rescheduling my appointment. Moises was amazing to work with, he even had a sign on the door welcoming me!! On top of that, the store manager, Tiger (real name ha, super friendly and knowledgable!), was so helpful and welcoming to have a genuine conversation with me that showed how much he cares about his customers. I can't say enough good things about this location. I see myself coming back to this location, even if I had to drive hours out of my way just becuase of the level of service I was provided here. I could tell by the phone calls they were getting that they were slammed as well and they still managed to get me in and out of there. Great guys! Highly recommend!”
