“The process was simple and straightforward. I dropped off my keys in the designated box in the short-term parking lobby and they took it from there. When I returned five days later, I received a text with the box number and code to retrieve my keys along with the location of my car in short-term parking. My car has never looked better. The exterior and interior were spotless. Anything I had left in the car was bagged and securely stowed in the trunk. I couldn’t have expected any better service. And I saved money on parking!
