“This past Sunday I was shopping at the WyomingMI store. I was having difficulty locating a product which the app showed as being in stock. Of course, it was super busy and the store was congested! However, three different staff members happily assisted me and actually walked to different depts. to find the product. They were helpful, cheerful and wouldn’t give up until we found it. I was so impressed with their kindness on such a busy day! Then, the frosting on the cake came when I returned my cart to the cart corral in the parking lot and a worker collecting carts thanked me and went further to say, “Hope you have a nice day”. It was so nice to experience such friendliness and sincere willingness to help. Such a great team! Thank you Costco!”

“I am on my 6th set of tires, snow and regular, from Costco in Grandville and have been happy with their pricing, service, and convivence. Mostly I buy Michelin but I have also bought Bridgestone snow tires here and the prices are competitive and more so with the free services included like rotation, balancing, flat repairs, inflation, and a nitrogen pump.
The only time I had an issue was when the wrong size tire (225 vs 205) was installed and no one, myself included, noticed. They didn't question my ability to read a sidewall, took my paperwork, pulled the car in, verified the serial numbers and apologized for the mix-up. They ordered the correct size and swapped them around no questions asked.
They have also replaced a bad Tire Pressure Monitor Sensor at a competitive price, not upsell pricing like a dealership.”

“Great store, has a very large selection and the employees treat you as a person which is a noval concept these days. Hopefully it becomes the norm now.
There is a gas station as well, and the prices stay relatively low. I mainly stop here for snacks, but there is everything you need for a large shopping errand. Will be returning often.”
