“This shop did right by me, twice, 100% both times! I needed new shocks on my truck last summer before towing my camper. A local Chevy dealer couldn't get OEM shocks before my appointment I had set up six weeks in advance, but didn't bother to tell they couldn't perform the work before I got there. I had two weeks left before my trip. NEA ordered my shocks and got them in, but had a very full schedule. It took a couple of tries to get me in, but they installed the shocks in about half an hour once they got a spot for me. I really like my Rancho RS9000s!

This winter, my thermostat was malfunctioning, and needed to be changed. I emailed NEA via their website form on Friday afternoon and got a response in about an hour. After a couple emails, Dustin offered an appointment for Monday morning at 10AM. I accepted that, and brought my truck over at that time. They had the work done in an hour, and everything functioned properly. Total charged was less than quoted because I went with the standard temperature thermostat.

Really easy to deal with these guys and get stuff done. They do much more than just lift kits and huge tires; they make general maintenance a valid option at this shop. NEA has done excellent work for me twice, and I'll return for front struts this spring.”
