“Was in TC from Grand Rapids on 4/21/25. Low tire pressure indicator came on. I drive a 2025 Honda, had stopped at Fox Honda in GR on 4/18/25 where I purchased the car. Had service check all 4 tires, technician said the right rear was a tad low. I asked if I had picked up a road hazard? He said not an obvious one. He recalibrated the low tire pressure sensor and sent me on my way. So it seemed odd that the sensor would trip again only 3 days later. The service technician at Jiffy Lube was very thorough and asked me to roll ahead so that she could physically examine the entire right rear tire. Guess what, the tire had a road hazard, a nail. I've had the best customer service at this Jiffy Lube location and highly recommend them. Very humble, main concern is taking care of the customer and making sure they are safe on the road. Rare today to come across, very refreshing.”
“I purchased a new vehicle in the spring and come winter time, one of the tires had sprung a pretty decent leak. I originally took it to Discount Tire who told me my rims were corroded and I needed to buy all new rims totaling over $1000 which really puzzled me because I knew the history of the vehicle. I decided to get a second opinion and called Accurate Tire instead. I am so glad I did! Not only did they fix my issue with a simple clean and seal, but I don’t even think they charged me. I will come back to this store for literally every tire need I have. I am new to this area and feel great knowing there is such an honest company as this that I can trust. Thank you.”

“I needed to have both lower ball joints and the front right CV axle replaced on my 2016 Honda CRV. About a month later I had an issue with what I thought was my transmission. I had my car towed and looked at by another mechanic. I found out the CV axle wasn't installed properly. I was upset that I basically had to pay for the same repair twice. I took the repair bill from the other mechanic into Brake and Alignment Plus+ and showed them the issue. Without causing a fuss, Tyler got his manager Bill and they not only reimbursed me the full amount that I paid the other mechanic but they took care of the towing as well. I understand things like this happen, but more importantly they wanted to make it right, which they did. I would come back for the customer service alone from Bill and Tyler.”
