“Ethan and Jake were the best. I’m from Wisconsin and thought I was having oil troubles after my drive into town. I called ahead of time, and all the guys knew who I was and what the situation looked like because Ethan passed along the info. Jake checked on everything, gave me the green light, topped off a couple fluids, and didn’t charge me a cent.
I’d be coming here every time if I didn’t live 6.5 hours away.”

“I was in town on vacation and had an issue with a broken backseat passenger side window on my 2021 explorer. It rolled all of the way down but would not close. This was an urgent matter due to weather and possibly of theft. I spoke with Michele in the service department and she was able to schedule a mobile repair with Bryan. He came to our rental and did the repair! It took less than 15 minutes. The drivers side control panel needed to be replaced. Amazing service. So convenient. Highly recommend”

“I needed to have both lower ball joints and the front right CV axle replaced on my 2016 Honda CRV. About a month later I had an issue with what I thought was my transmission. I had my car towed and looked at by another mechanic. I found out the CV axle wasn't installed properly. I was upset that I basically had to pay for the same repair twice. I took the repair bill from the other mechanic into Brake and Alignment Plus+ and showed them the issue. Without causing a fuss, Tyler got his manager Bill and they not only reimbursed me the full amount that I paid the other mechanic but they took care of the towing as well. I understand things like this happen, but more importantly they wanted to make it right, which they did. I would come back for the customer service alone from Bill and Tyler.”
“Sam and the crew up front are absolute pros—patient, friendly, and somehow able to explain basic vehicle maintenance to the general public (which, let’s be honest, is basically a superpower at this point). The techs are always on it and actually know what they’re doing, which is refreshing in a world where people think oil changes are optional and tire pressure is just a suggestion. I’ve never had a single issue, and I trust Belle Tire in Traverse City with all my vehicle needs—especially since they clearly have the skills to deal with the rest of us.”
