“On the way to the UP my vehicle's engine temperature warning light came on, so I pulled into NAPA. The gentleman helping me quickly determined there was a slow coolant leak. We filled up the reservoir and he suggested driving around close by so we could make sure it wouldn't start overheating again. He explained what to look out for and to keep an extra bottle of coolant just in case. And if this didn't fix it, he knew where to go for repairs. Just wanted to say thank you and I appreciate your helpfulness, patience, and concern for getting me safely back on the road!”

“We are from down state and my truck would not start. It was the alternator not charging the batteries so I bought a new battery. We get to the campground and it was the wrong one. I called and they said they can't do delivery until Monday, this was Friday night. The guys working were awesome they offered to bring me the right one after he got out of work. I told him I would come get it. His name was Bill and the other guy both were awesome. You guys were life savers thank you so much.”

“So thankful for Walt and his amazing customer service. My car wouldn’t start in the parking lot and he was so helpful with obscure knowledge on my old car. Turned out to be a simple fix, but he was already putting on his coat to brave the freezing rain to come help me. As a woman, I truly appreciate being treated so kindly in a car shop!”
