He listened to my crazy, stupid story with compassion, did not treat me like I was an idiot (after listening to the crazy, stupid story) and, after going around with the facility my son had been discharged from and the pharmacy that had filled his meds there for SIX days, Tim had the medications in my hand in less than an hour. I cannot thank him enough for a quick and courteous resolution after so much stress and chaos. THANK YOU, TIM!!”
