“Not understanding most previous reviews.. After being with Fifth Third Bank for simply a mortgage, now for approximately close to 15 years, we have had not a single issue, when needing to speak to someone and getting very clear answers in response. Recently we needed to inquire about some options for some projects we are looking to have done this spring and summer 2026. Paul, specifically has been an incredible help in making it simple for us to understand and guide us through the best and most sensible option, with a few different ideas that were presented to us. At first there was some time on our part to delay things and Paul was decent enough to not bother us, but waited a couple weeks to keep in touch with us to see how our things were going, what a great guy. This type of customer service, very rare to find these days, from the people who answer the phones, their demener, some fun chats and great personalities. If you read the reviews, be open minded to those who wrote them, they may have had a bad day and decided to take it out on these guys, they all have been awesome for the longest time and still remain to be some the funnest people we have dealt with..
