“My most recent repair was a major one that required significant work. When my starter failed at a stop sign not far from their shop, they were the very first call I made. The first thing they asked wasn’t about the car—it was, “Are you okay? Do you need a ride? How can we help?” They even took care of arranging the tow to get my car safely to them. I ultimately had the starter, torque converter and flex plate replaced on my Traverse.
This place is truly top-notch. They are extremely knowledgeable, communicate clearly and consistently, and I genuinely don’t trust anyone else with my vehicle. They’re honest and aren’t going to sell you something you don’t need. Norm and his staff are simply amazing and always go above and beyond. I have complete confidence in their judgment.
My grandparents started going to Norm when he first opened, and the fact that three generations of our family continue to trust them with our vehicles really says it all. If my car doesn’t need to go to a dealership, it’s headed straight to Norm.”
“Expensive, Gotta wait till next month's check. Replacing the water pump for just under $1000.00 and we are not sure that's the problem.. Paid $60.00 sumthin for not sure, and we start throwing parts at it Again. At 1000 dollars a pop! 4 stars because I don't know if it's bad or not.”
